Rates
My typical fee is $125 per 50-minute session.  Sliding scale fees are available, ranging from $75-$125. Please download my "New Client Packet" on my Helpful Forms page for more information (it is the last page in the packet).

Insurance
I do not accept insurance for payment for psychotherapy services. 

This policy allows me to protect your privacy, as many times insurance companies demand highly detailed information about your history, symptoms, level of functioning, and progress in treatment are required in order to determine whether or not they will reimburse the provider.

This policy also allows us to work together to determine the course of treatment which will be most helpful to you, rather than leaving that up to a representative from the insurance company.

I will be happy to provide you with all the documentation needed to file an "out-of-network" provider claim.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
